In Krāslava, Latvia, Nemo Sewing Factory has been delivering high-quality textile solutions since 1971 as part of Latvia’s largest garment manufacturing group.
With extensive experience in women’s clothing, outerwear, and functional textiles, we offer customised production with high flexibility and the capacity for large volumes.
Our comprehensive services include model design, pattern making, digitisation, grading and plotting, material and component sourcing, production, quality control, packaging, and delivery.
We also operate a specialised department for tent production for Thule.

Production
We operate more than 500 machine units, including Blindstitch, Top-Top (AMF) Handstitch, and Boston stitch machines, as well as ASS automatic pocket machines, flatlocks, double and multi-thread chain stitch and lockstitch machines.
Our equipment also includes presses for rivets, eyelets, snap fasteners, and hooks – providing full flexibility and capacity for a wide range of textile applications. -
Order to Delivery
Orders of 50–100 units are delivered within two weeks after approval, depending on fabric availability.
For regular orders, up to 300 units can be produced within two weeks.
